I had a terrible experience with PC Mobile and cancelled my service after 40 days with them. First my data was cutoff at 12 PM one day for non-payment after my automatic monthly payment went out at 9:20 AM previously that morning. I made a payment on the phone after I was told my automatic payment hadn't gone through then after viewing my credit card statement it was obvious I had made 2 payments on the same day, I'm still waiting on the refund for over-payment. After 10 days of smooth sailing my data was cutoff again, after 7 phone calls and a new SIM card, multiple programming attempts on my phone, and a visit to the store the last person I got on the phone told me I had used all 50GB of data in 10 days and that is why I have no data access. The store clerk confirmed I had used less than 1 GB since my last payment episode, even PC Mobile's own app showed less than 1 GB used. At that point I switched providers again as I had had enough, before it was switched I get another text from PC stating my payment of $27.00 was overdue which doesn't even make sense because the monthly payment is $34.00 plus tax and they received 2 payments from me on the same day due to their poorly run system. Every time I phoned I got a different answer as to why my data wouldn't work or why I had to make 2 payments on the same day to keep my service (one operator even said my automatic payment was declined despite having the time and authorization number from my credit card company) and at this point I don't think they have a clue what they are doing or how to run a business, I can honestly say that I have never been treated so badly by any other company. I was tempted by a low price and ended up paying at least double for what I received.

This will sound made up but it is true. My phone number worked for 4 days. The company kept charging my credit card every other day!! ( I know it sounds made up but is not) I signed up for an increase in data but the company says it has no record of that. I email and complain twice. No one phones me back. I finally phone and the company refuses to give me a refund. Even though the phone never worked and the data circuit didn't work on my phone. $120 later for nothing. NO REFUND.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
