They changed their payment method. I have $225 left in my account and now they charge me $10 per month for 10 minutes of calls per month and I have to deposit $100 to keep my account active. Disagree

The company does not have a $5 top up option for either the top up cards or credit card. $15 is the lowest they have which is a ripoff as they don't match the cost of the plans. I hate Public Mobile but I would recommend them over PC Mobile because of this.

I had a terrible experience with PC Mobile and cancelled my service after 40 days with them. First my data was cutoff at 12 PM one day for non-payment after my automatic monthly payment went out at 9:20 AM previously that morning. This will sound made up but it is true. My phone number worked for 4 days. The company kept charging my credit card every other day!! I was a Bell mobility client for 20 years. I had looked for other options out there and found Fido. Fido had a plan for 30 gigs for $29. It was 4G which is fine. Service was OK for a few months. Topped up my account on March 1, 2024, phone deactivated on March 7, 2024 with no explanation. Have not heard back from support and don't expect to. I would not recommend PCMobile.
