"I have had the misfortune of using this internet provider and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Their service is terrible, and their customer support is even worse. Their representatives are unhelpful, rude, and seem to have no interest in resolving issues. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I was with Acanac for 6 years. The cost was $371 for a year in 2018 for 5mb per second, the slowest service. They kept raising prices untill I was paying double and no increase in speed or better service. I decided to cancel and move to another provider.
