"I have had the misfortune of using this internet provider and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Their service is terrible, and their customer support is even worse. Their representatives are unhelpful, rude, and seem to have no interest in resolving issues. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Avoid Acanac like a plague

I was with Acanac for 6 years. The cost was $371 for a year in 2018 for 5mb per second, the slowest service. They kept raising prices untill I was paying double and no increase in speed or better service. I decided to cancel and move to another provider. Horrible across all fronts

I used Acanac for three years. We weren't home much, so I didn't bother us a lot. But when we started really using it, it was under par on the best of days. Affordable but unstable internet service

ACANAC beats all other internet providers in price but the service is not that stable as I videotron, bell or other rivals. It goes down at night as the speed is 10MB instead of 400 that my plan is. The speed fluctuates and is not always stable. For the price, I recommend it but for the service, not.

Delayed Service, Missing Technician

Worst customer service. They took money from credit card on day one and after two days I received wifi hub. Technician was supposed to arrive on December 8. No show. Then I was told some will be there on December 9. NO SHOW. Called ACANAC and I was told that they can tentatively book technician for December 18 but no guarantee that some will show up.?
Worst company. They should not be allowed to do business in Canada.

This IPS are actually not too bad. The main issue I have with Acanac is their refusal to assist or accommodate my billing schedule which is the reason I must get a new provider. Their billing cycle comes out on the 28th of every month. I assume that that is when my service began. Bad acanac experience

Delighted with the welcome, the prices, efficiency in delivering the equipment. Unfortunately after 3 days they were unable to establish the connection. Unable to speak to a supervisor too. "Poor Costumer Service: Avoid Acanac"

Ridiculously poor costumer service. If you have any technical issue, which is very likely to happen with this company, you should go for a new provider bcz Acanac won’t be able to fix it.
