I find this comany is very slow and keeps crashing and has a lot of error messages. And it has crappy communication when wanting to ask questions.

We were with Rogers, got a deal on Perkopolis and switched but made a worse decision to go with Primus. So many outages, kids study for university exams, projects and internet is always down, not stable, comes and by the time we try to connect it's gone again. Long time user, many moves. They actually sent out a tech to check my lines and, even though the problem was never fixed at that time (it eventually resolved itself in two months, I guess it was an infrastructure problem) I found them very apologetic.

The customer service is terrible, they changed our installation day 2 time , l stayed home for them but they didn’t come without any notice!!! And when I called them they said they can’t do anything for me and I have to wait for the next available time which was a week later while I terminated my last internet service and paid cancellation fee for that.

This is the horrible company I have ever been dealt with. They disappointed me every single time. After reaching out to them multiple times in last 2 months to fix the service, neither they are fixing it or cancelling it. This company doesn’t care if you go to credit collection, the dont answer emails, non of their phone numbers are reachable from abroad, basically the don not care about giving service the just sell.
