I moved from Bell to Virgin best choice ever. No overages, no dropped calls. Same plan as bell almost $40.00 cheaper.

I purchased a plan with virgin and they increased the price! When I called and told them I want my original price they told me that it was company wide increase and it wasn’t just me so it shouldn’t matter. The customer service in the app told me I could have my price reduced to my agreed cost but More

The internet sucks first as all even at higher speeds. Plus it's the same price as the actual big name providers. Always had to call 5 plus times to get issues resolved. Internet also got hooked up without a coaxial cable.They lost my modem in the mail that I sent back properly and refused to refund me because i didn't have a tracking number. Which also no one told me I needed. $84 for a modem btw. Not worth the headache.
