The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help. Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. Inexistant lte g5

Went in vacation in the Georgian bay close to Wasaga beach, I was unable to connect to the Lte 5G that was supposed to be accessible in that area. My wife had Fido and daughter had Fizz and both were connected to Lte while my phone was showing 2 bars in 3g, I was unable to surf two Telus rep were unable to help me. I cancelled and got Fido.

Worst customer service

I ordered my cell at the end of June and returned it in August and still not received it. I have to fight with them to receive it and all they can tell me is to be patient. I spent 7 hours online with Telus and UPS to manage the case and still not resolved. Never again will I do business with Telus online store. I've never seen a company that takes no responsibility and doesn't care about its customers.

Moved to fibre Telus from Shaw and I am depressed

I moved from Shaw to Telus thinking it will be a good idea and I will be getting fast internet ! One month into the service I have lost connection 3 times that too for hours and I had no issues with Shaw .. Combined offer with Altima telcom

Following an offer from Telus for the 3 services, I tried to transfer my cell phones from Videotron to Telus and Internet with my residential line from Videotron to Altima Telecom. You order you are told bla bla bla 5a 10 day.... After the deadline has passed by several days I receive a notice but no package.
