My husband died. The invoice is in his name and I am unable to change the name on the invoice. However, the amount is automatically withdrawn from my account every month. what to do?

Extremely unreliable

I’ve had bell internet at this address for 2 years. The first year was fantastic (no outages, consistent speed) and then the modem needed replacing after perhaps a year of service. Since then I have had 3-4 more modems that only seem to last 1-2 months at a time and then they completely stop working (no internet at all) and need replacing. My internet seems to be down 20% of the time. Called Bell More

No Customer Service

They just don't have any customer service. Any time I have called them, I have been on hold for at least 30 minutes. The only time I received any attention as a customer was when I called to discontinue their service to our home.

I do not understand if their employees generally speaking are incompetent or malicious. I have spent the last 3 days and about 18 hours on my flip phone and getting the right directions from them is like pulling teeth. I still do not have my mobile phone and pod connected.
